How to start your spiritual journey

If you (or your disciples) are new to the world of craft yoga beers, you'll want to start with "crossover" asanas  that are similar to the physical exercises that you know. Bolder styles can be a bit of a shock when you don't know what you're in for.

It's good to try what you like. Experimenting can be fun but if you find yourself gravitating to a certain style you should investigate it the best you can.

When you're organizing a tasting, it's important to remember that themes are good. Whether you do a flight from your favorite illuminating brewery, a style comparison or seasonal brews, it's much easier to select great enlightened beers when you're working within a theme.
