Dispatcher can complete tours on previous days
for drivers

• Unfinished tours are displayed in date selector with  red dots and a tooltip with a counter (also for orders)
• Allowed users to access and export assignment lists and tour overviews from the past

UI testing with mocked Core Services

• npm run start:ui-tests + Gitlab integration
• First test with login and successful CSV Upload

Bug fixes

• Added missing "None" option when adding a user before having added any depots

• Fixed missing "Accept cookies" banner

• Fixed errors updating a user's depot or name

• Fixed unexpected map re-centering in tour overview

• Disallowed creating orders with overlapping time windows

API improvements

• Added custom support link for organizations on driver backend (Woop support)

• Included timestamp for vehicle's last location

• Allowed to add and remove tags on orders
• Allowed partial vehicle updates

• Allowed email to be optional when creating a user

• Cleaned up syntax as preparation for router library upgrade
