ending with a run in September.

Yes, that yellow line is based on BMI.

Yes, I know it's problematic.

Yes, I know that Fat Albert and in-his-prime Mike Tyson probably had the same BMI.

No, I don't treat it as gospel.


Changes Feb-Nov 2012

  • Everything previously mentioned
  • Don't drink calories (per Tim Ferris' Slow Carb diet)
  • Don't drink no-cal sweeteners, either
  • Cut way back on caffeine
  • Get better sleep (see previous bullet)
  • Watching your weight has an effect
  • The running did little to lower my weight

Running wasn't useless, though
